Thinking of a 1 Series (2004-2007)

My brother in laws other half has a 116d 10 plate model & I asked if I could take it for a drive & admitted it wasn't a fireball in terms of performance but to me it just drove like a small 3 series & felt like one & I liked it a lot, the only thing that stopped me buying one is the looks because I would love a 130i/135i as they seem like a decent package to me.

It is nice to change things up from time to time I agree & my car changing antics too don't always come with a smile from my other half either!

Its just us men I think we never seem to be happy & always fancy changing the cars...its a good job we are not all like that when it comes to changing the mrs!! :lol:

I have had my 118d M Sport from new in May 2011. It's a company car and now in 46k.

No issues and I like it. It's rear wheel drive which what I wanted and great fun to drive, and in M Sport guise looks good in white with 208's

I can understand why with short distances etc why you would go for petrol though.
