My cousin in desperation contacted them about her Ka. Computer said £500. When she went they could only offer £375.
10 mins later they came out to tell her that it came up as catD and the offer was £75
In tears she finally accepted it only to be told there was an admin fee (don't know how much) to come out of that
Car had never come up as catD on any insurance, log book anything!
