Theresa May for PM

I'm no political animal but when I see the two Eds pontificating and the possibility of them teaming up with the SNP ( which is a certainty if this is the only way for them to gain power ) I despair - I'm not fond of DC either but they must have got something right with the economy despite Ed Balls purporting we were all going to go down the pan.Unbelievably the two people who I have grown to respect ( perhaps too strong a word but you know what I mean ) are George Osborne and Theresa May - George O just gets on with the job without deviation or trying to promote himself and Theresa May has more balls that anyone !

Mmmmm, tell that to people working in the public sector, or more to the point the Home Office.....

My point is at least she's strong - like her or not that's what we need in a leader . Ironically whilst I'm now retired I spent forty years working for the Home Office and laterally Ministry of Justice .

Not strong enough to get rid of Abu Qatada and Abu Hamza in a hurry

Wasn't through lack of trying - continually stymied by the legal and Immigration appeal system - all that needs looking at !

That'll be the bloated public sector the previous lot created and then ran out of money to borrow to support it.

A terrible Tory government would be infinitely more preferable to Ed and Ed and their Scottish cronies. It's bad enough that the boundaries are fixed in their favour already. Only 1 in 3 of the voting electorate needs to be thick enough to vote for them again for them to get in again.

I remember Brown and Darling boasting that the UK was best placed to come out of recession strongest and first!
Of course we weren't and I asked an MP why - the reply - they hadn't realised the impact of the financial sector in the UK !

Pretty sure you can't tarnish the whole of the public sector with that brush, I don't think the emergency services will agree that they are overstaffed and have loads of time sitting on their arses doing nothing and getting amazingly well paid. Anyway, I hate politics so I won't comment further.

Osbourne is nothing more than a crook in a suit ..........as for T May..........an oxygen thief if there ever was one ..........

Conservative / UKIP coalition is the most likely outcome of the election so far as I can tell.

Could be interesting.

I reckon the Tories will go it alone as a minority government. The electorate will take a dim view of any party that tries to cause trouble and block them from governing.

She probably nicked it off Ed Miliband. He gives the impression he was starved of it for a decent length of time.
LOl ......he does come across as cerebally challenged

And they've all got their snouts in the trough!

High morals boasted but very few displayed

" we have to tighten our belts, we're all in it together, let's have a pay rise - an independent body says so"!
