The wrong decision...

Had some friends over this weekend. Went out for a spot of lunch out today. We took Mrs Lozzer's car, as there were four of us... I decided to drive, as I was planning to take the zed out for a hoon once what they'd gone.

Got home, waved them goodbye... then the heavens opened! Do you ever think you made the wrong decision?

You were shocked honestly when it started to rain :P
Had a drive out with the roof down but now the weather is yuck once again

Not shocked... but disappointed, as we had a pub lunch outside in glorious sunshine only an hour beforehand... :(

At least you had a nice lunch, I saw sunshine and thought about a drive out for a pub lunch, then looked at the jungle that is our lawn and decided I had better mow it first, finished the lawn, stepped out of the shower and looked out of the bedroom window to see it Pouring down, so sandwichs in front of the TV it was. :(

It has rained so much here today that I have completely avoided having to cut the grass :D Downside is that might prevent me washing the car. Hmmm.

Shaping up to be a lovely evening though, may need to take the long way round 'to get some milk'...

Just read my own post, blimey what a moaner, what with everything going on in the world and I'm moaning about sandwiches watching the tennis. :)

i took the long way home after visiting the parents tonight.

soaking wet country lanes, traction control off, sport mode on.

a few dodgy moments but the roads were empty which was nice.

you're all a bunch of girls, i swear.

I know what you mean! It seems churlish to moan about having a great weekend with friends, including by a pub lunch outdoors in the sunshine....

I just want to be able to drive the zed at some point during the 'summer'...

Probably. But I do hate the rain...

Took my daughter in the Z4 to tax her car. Wrong decision when it was the day that sudden darkness descended and we had biblical rain in Newcastle - I think I was the lowest car on the road trying for two hours to find a route home - 2 miles! We made it without water in the footwell - but only just.

Yikes... my nephew's wife made the right decision the same day. They live in Whitley Bay and she was due to go into labour... thank god baby arrived late

Raining when I got up so decided to clean the house. 2 hours later realised it was sunny and starting to dry up so thought I'd go out and clear the soft top drain. Right at that moment mrs mowflow came home with junior and decided she was going to bed. What with her being 38 weeks pregnant I couldn't really say she had to look after junior while I went and played with my car.

Ended up watching the F1 and tennis while trying to entertain a 2 year old. When I finally got time to my self it was peeing it down again.

Ah well, maybe next weekend.

Was meant to be raining at the lakes all weekend. Had the roof down nearly the whole time. Right decision me thinks :)
