Greedy ! Can you just imagine though ? This is worth a watch...even if it is in French :D https://youtu.be/aFnXu_rxzTw?si=nlPcAZJly0oM4ZoY

That was great, an insurance broker’s nightmare but great :D

The sound was absolutely amazing

I prefer the colour schemes on both those cars than the one sold last night.
I've been a 'bit' obsessed with the 250GTO since I saw Nick Masons example at Oulton Park in 1982. I walked round and round it, open mouthed and drooling. Nothing comes close for me. Have accumulated many GTO models, books etc over the years. I'm a GTO Nerd ! :D
Anyway, yes Andy. Red is ok but it looks much better in some different colours. Of the 36 cars built not all were/are red. Amazingly they all still exist too. My favourite is 3767GT in the green/yellow BP livery  20231114_100304.jpg

If you bought it would you be brave enough to use it?
Don't think anyone buys cars for that kind of money to use them, ever. Maybe getting it shipped to the most prestigious car events every year is about the extent of it seeing daylight TBH.

Personally don't think it is a pretty car at all. Rare, yes. Pretty, no. A 250 SWB cali is much much better looking (not biased at all).

You won't be wanting a ride in mine then :driving:

Nice ! That's the one, Nick Masons 3757GT :D me-and-my-motor-nick-mason.png
I love this quote, “When I paid £35,000 for the 250 GTO in 1978, I felt stupid to be spending so much !"
Talking about people that don't use them well he does and he let's his Mrs go down the pub in it too !
