Has any one else noticed, that the BBC weather forecast is for London and the SE counties only.

I watched it in total disbelief on Friday, as yet again they trotted on about what a wonderful week end Britain was going to have. Knowing full well that it was going to be a bit of a shocker here in Cornwall. It can't be that difficult. :wink:

Yours sitting here, looking out the lounge window at the Grey Cornish Mizzle, bored, miserable, bit of a cold, want's to be out, in the Zed.

Oh don't get me started. It's like talk of expanding Gatwick. The airport that about 90% of the population find a total PITA to get to.

+1. They are also very good at telling you how the weather has been ! :wink:
They usually get it right then. :lol:

That's a bit high - almost a third of the population lives in the South-East so it's fairly convenient for a fair percentage of the country

Anyway, you Northerners have got your own airports in Luton/Leeds/Manchester etc. which is a good thing as it means we don't have to put up with an excessive number of flat caps and whippets while we're sipping our G&Ts in the airport lounge :wink:
