You did it to me all through out my wait! Payback now Kev! Ahhh let me tell you about my day. Had a nice wee walk to my car in the sunshine, pressed the open button to watch my car put on its special show of taking its top off. I then drove through Edinburgh with all the girls wanting to date me and the guys wanting to be me! The sun was shining on my face and my music was crystal clear!

Arhh, but the difference was neither of us had our cars then, and I wasn't saying yours was damaged.

I'll be picking mine up, driving with the roof down and all the girls wishing their men had my car, but glad their men don't look like me, and all the guys thinking look at that fat twat!!!!

Dealer told me my keyring arrived today as well....you know the struggles I had with getting freebies, so thats as important as the car!

I'd be tempted to start a thread asking if anyone has had sex in their Z4! It's got to be impossible!
 
Saw it yesterday and its filthy, so they are going to give it a light wash, but I told them not to take the delivery wax off, cos I got my detailer coming on Sunday to do it properly.

24hrs to go!
 
My dealer has confirmed to me that the car is at the vehicle delivery centre and is due to them around the 10th April. So with a bit of luck I will be taking delivery a little earlier than expected. :D

Chosen my numberplate today aswell. I have a private plate but it will be coming out of the showroom on a 12 plate. I wanted something close to Mason as that's my surname but the closest I could get was MA12 XXS

Looks more like Marks or Max but it was the best out of the 20 or so I could choose from :)

Does it really take 8 working days to get from the vehicle delivery centre to the dealership? :o

Kev - good news yours is so close! Must be a little bit annoyed you've just missed out on all the excellent weather though. Who are you using to detail yours?

Good plate choice,it reads as Maximum Excess to me but i'm strange :)

Yeah, I've been thinking that for the past few weeks...lovely weather I bet it'll change when my car arrives..and guess what - the weather is on the change this weekend!

Detailer : A guy called Zaff who owns Project Karma in Bristol (http://www.project-karma.co.uk) He's brilliant (as any professional detailer should be!) but he's not time orientated...he will go the extra mile and is more concerned with getting the car right, you know, as if it was his car. He travels (although there is a travel charge outside of Bristol)...I'm in North Devon and he's coming on Sunday. Highly recommended - he did my 1'er last December and it was a really good job. Oh, and he's a really likeable guy as well, very easy to talk to and very knowledgable about detailing and happy to give you tips and advice.
