The Waiting Game..

Time to start getting a little excited now... 5 days to go for me. :) Hope the weather is nice on Saturday morning.

The car should be ready to pick up mid-week but I'm holding off til I've handed in my latest batch of uni work. No point going to uni for 6 years just to screw it up in the last couple of months because of a car!
 
It's a great feeling guys.....I envy you....even though I have my lovely car now, and it looks even better than ever.....nothing can beat the feeling of going to the garage and signing your life away!! Haha

Just keep the white clean, and the wheels topped up with Rim Wax, and it will look gorgeous!!

Do you know when it arrived? I rang my stealer on Friday and mine was still on the boat.

Yes it is free. You should be able to get details from your dealer. If not look here --> http://www.bmw-carinsurance.co.uk/7day/

They will give an approval decision over the phone and have a covering note emailed within 20 minutes.
 
Visited the dealer today again and had it confirmed that I'm collecting mine on saturday afternoon. :D

I'll be watching the Scotland v Italy match then heading over to eastern. Happy days!

I was hoping for this weekend, but have given up on that and now looking at next weekend. When I rang on Friday they said it was still on the boat and due on the 13th - don't know if that meant due in the UK or at the dealer. He said he would ring as soon as any news, but didn't ring today, so I assume either no change, or he couldn't be bothered....

So I'm gonna hassle him tomorrow!

How often do these ships go? I reckon ours was on the same boat, so surely it must be here by now.

I want my detailing before collection, which is why its looking doubtful for this weekend, although if it was ready for Sat then I would have the detail later!!!!
 
DAMN DAMN DAMN

Just phoned my stealer and he looked on the system. The expected date of arrival at the dealer is now 22nd!! Thats friggin next Thursday!

He said it might come forward a bit, but I doubt it.
