The suede bit ...

How do you clean the suede 'shoulders' of Ivory White nappa Sports seats, please?

Smooth leather's no problem. I've used Gliptone cleaners, conditioners & dyes on other cars and Jaguar's own spray, which is really good on Jaguars.

But white :? nappa :o suede  is a challenge. :)

How about giving it a go with a suede brush before trying chemical cleaners?

It's 'Alcantara' and a suede brush might work but I use an purpose fit Autobrite Direct alcantara cleaner which you spray on and dab off. Don't rub it, it bobbles if you do that.

It's amazing that when I sold my Peugeot 106 with 164k miles on the clock, the fabric seats were perfect, no rub marks, dirt or worn out bits.
The leather on these cars and other seat materials seem a bit cheap. Although it is waterproof

+ the design flaw of the rubbing seatbelt which colours the seat shoulder whether its leather or alcantra
As you point out for a high end marque the seats don't look great even on low milers with most BMW model's , 94k on our 2010 C Class & not only are the sport seats comfortable they don't even look like they've been sat in

My 2015 C leather seats at 10k are already creased and starting to go shiny. Modern cars are built even closer to a bargain basement price.

I agree on the Z with nappa tho, I've had to touch in the leather from time to time and that's only got 30k miles.

I use the Autobrite cleaner as well highly recommended. For my usual cleaning of the leather parts I use greased lightning leather cleaner. I have found it works well on the leather as it does not leave it looking shiny. Also got some liquid leather cleaner and touch up to keep the seats looking good when they need a bit more of a deep clean.

My car has just done 40k and the drivers seat is looking a bit creased dont think there is much you can do about that unfortunately.
