Sars, hard to tell from the angle but those snow tyres don't look out of place on the Zed, i always had the impression there would be a big difference in the look of the car.(more tyre height being my point). I get so used to seeing low profiles on cars these days sometimes more conventional tyres look out of place.
Really impressive that you got to where you did with them ! Makes me wish i had done the same, with the risk of more snow, apparently, i'm not looking forward to the drive out of our village again. December 2010 i actually didn't make it up the last 20' of the hill into the village and had to abandon the car and my pride along with it
PS i didn't eschew snow tyres because of the look i hasten to add, cost and/or the rigmarole of looking around to find wheels on line etc. was the reason; lazy i know and yes i probably will regret it :roll:
