So, in Headington where I live a car load of Piky kids have been let loose by their mother in a 14 plate Volkswagen with masks on their faces and going in to pubs and cafes and hassling people on the street for money. Yes money. When one lad in a "Jason" mask asked me for money, when I said no the young Piky said "give me money or I'll fucking break your teeth"!!
I've never called a 10 year old a c**t and told them to f**k off before and I probably never will again. Scum of the earth!

Got a bunch of them down the road from me on some unused ground. They have made it look like a rubbish tip.
