Customers who don't listen, don't listen, don't listen, sign a contract with someone else, then expect you to instantly magic them out of the sh***y hole their website is in on the biggest trading weekend of the year. Because they didn't listen. And then don't like the answers, 'we tried to tell you so' and, 'database management is your responsibility.' Eejits. Someone deserves to be fired... If only for ruining my day with s**t I don't understand and didn't need to learn about. w*****s...

But the customer is always right :poke:

Not in this case. And I made sure they knew it. As politely as possible, of course :D

We managed to fix it too... Well I say 'fixed', but gaffer-taped would be more accurate....

Your usual standard then

Considering we were making hardware do what software should have been doing, my boys did a great job. Technically they managed to polish someone else's turd ;)

Ya but the customer doesn't have over 24000+ posts so bing has seniority over the customer, there for the bing is always right!

I quite like Rolling in the deep. :)

Amazon Prime! Thought I'd give that a bash, orders items for delivery today and then it changed to Monday so needed to change the address and now it might turn up within 3-5 working days after they've shipped it. Sorry was supposed to be next day.

Well that's that cancelled. Clearly it's not worth the investment.

Probably 1 in 10 goes wrong, generally the next day delivery has been great for me and has saved loads of shipping charges as well (prime usually is free compared to paid shipping).

Was going to wash the X5 but would have gotten more wet from the wind than the car would have been.

Will attempt tomorrow again …

What's a couple of hundred a year difference in RFL John :? we can soak that up with the zero depreciation :poke:

Have you been getting the car out & about John or is it fair weather only ?
I'm gonna continue the tax into Dec & hopefully weather it to the Scartop meet then off for 2 weeks from 17th Dec so planning a few drives out over Bowland up to new year :driving:
Jan/Feb & probably March looking like Sorn though :(

It's not sorned Andy but admittedly it only comes out on dry days, so never at the mo! Tbh I've been in touch with a forum member who has an 03 3litre for sale that I'm very tempted to have for winter as I really miss going out hooning and it would keep the miles down on the 35is as I really don't know what to do with it at the mo. The theory being I could have a winter car and move it on and not lose anything, or keep it if I sell the E89. You off to France in the new year?

At 1:00 PM today I decided to format my C: Partition to g It's now 21:20 and I've just got the Faffing thing back online. Never again. :headbang:

Well not until the next time anyway.
