The official let off steam thread

I cannot abide those who leave their engines running for an inordinately long time whilst parked up or awaiting someone to return to the vehicle, completely oblivious to the cloud of obnoxious fumes and pollution they have created around them and through which I as a pedestrian now have no choice but to walk through. When will people learn to SWITCH OFF THEIR ENGINES - DON'T LEAVE THEM RUNNING WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PARKED! :poke:

Ahhh thats better :) , back to work.

Stu,

You need to think about the cyclists for a minute ....

That's enough - I'm with you - F*** them

And StuPot - As for the Engines - I entirely agree although only where the car involved is a VW Diesel

Well I ride a bike to work everyday. I can't wait for the dark mornings and nights to come along. So I can dodge Mr. Gormless Still Half Asleep Oh My Windows are all froze up so I'll just clear this letterbox sized bit in front of my face s**t I'm late for work must text the missus whilst I'm driving stupid assed tin box driver........who uses the excuse "sorry mate I didn't see you ".......what didn't you see you blind s**t fer brained wazzock I'm on a pearlescent white bike dressed like the radioactive lump Homer drops down the back of his shirt, with enough lights to put the Blackpool Illuminations to shame......Aaaaarrrrgggghhhhhh!!!

Jakblade,

Not a problem with cyclists (Ride a bike myself) - It's the Lycra clad mafia that take over big areas of rural Britian on a Sunday morning (North Bucks Road Club around these parts) for their own use, and bo$$ox to anyone who needs to get anywhere while they're playing at being Brad Wiggins............

If I had the time I would kick off about the stuburn bunch of nazi's known as the ramblers association - But that's for another day!

Stu.

Alleviate all that pent up cyclo-terrorist anger, use a Viz top tip

RANT
Every morning my Bp rises where the A56 meets the M66 & 2 lanes merge into 1 for a slip road .
Why does every Audi,Bm & Merc driver think they can whizz down the outside lane & "merge " with zero yards when they were told 600/700 yards before what was coming !!
Fukin w4nkers that do it every morning & slow up all us white vanners who have already had the sense & courtesy to merge early
Thanks , feel better already

When the stress levels start to rise I simply look up at the night sky and stare in wonder at all the shining stars, and think about the vastness of space, the countless universes out there and how insignificant we really are and that, in the great scheme of life, we're all ok and it does no good to worry or fret...

....and I have GOT to stop doing it or I WILL run into the back of someone...

There's nothing right with that quote in my experience :poke:

Every white van I've ever known cuts lanes like they own the road, sits inches from your bumper and generally bully their way through traffic presumably because they drive higher up than their usually daily ride so feel superior. In short they generally drive like cnuts, that's my rant  Maybe it's a southern thing

When the silly bint in No1 let's her kid park her car in the driveway blocking everyone one in (or in one of the slots if free in that one) because her ugly fat grand kids are too pudgy to walk 20m up the drive. Maybe if they did walk then they wouldn't be so fat and ugly.....

Oh and while in getting going the idiots who post weak
