So I need your help…some of you may have read that my previous zed was stolen. However, im not going to let the thieving scumbags beat me – im going to buy another!! :driving:

My requirements are listed below and I would appreciate that if you hear/see of anything like this, that you post the link or just drop me a line in this thread so I can follow it up.

Im done a full check in most places and the nearest I can find is one going for 19k on an 06 and it had done 33k miles!!! 19k is probably my MAX price, but ideally anything from 16k is preference

Must Haves/Be

2.5si – ROADSTER (yes SI and not SE or anything less!)
Steptronic Auto
Cruise
Heated Seats
Xenon’s
MFS Wheel
Bluetooth
Auto Lights/Rain Sensors
Alu or Piano dash

Would be nice to have but not essential

Sat Nav
CD player
AUX port


ANY exterior and interior combo considered.
ANY year (obviously facelift -06 onwards).
ANY mileage considered.
ANY MOT/Service status considered.
Warranty unimportant as took one out on mine just before it went walkies.

If the same spec car can be found in a 3.0si – then I’ll look at that also, but it must be EXACTLY as above and mint.

Im aware things like Bluetooth cruise and heated seats can all be retro fitted, but they all add up and ideally don’t want to do that.

Good point. Having gone through this years ago, the insurance company wouldn't consider the car a loss until after 31 days. Then it was a couple of weeks before the payment came in.

I was paid within a week when i went thur a similar thing!

Indeed. When I put my claim through, they said that once the claim has been approved the payout come as soon as a value is agreed - irrespective if the car is found or not.

so what happens if they pay you out and then 2 weeks later the car is found?

insurance company will then own the car - auction off or cat d write off I would presume...
