The Now Cancelled Breakfast meet at Hassop Station Derbyshire sunday 10th of December 0900 for 0930

Hi Mike, I enjoyed the last one lots and so now there's no snow forecast (it may be sunny even 8)) I'll be there. 2 Hassop breakfasts please.

Storm Caroline now due to hit on Saturday/Sunday with severe weather warnings issued . Certainly for where I am in the Pennines north of Manchester

Might be an interesting weekend !

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens .. picture should be clearer by Saturday ..

ie: we’ll either be sledging or basking in 20* sunshine :D

Met office have issued severe weather warning for the weekend though ... who knows!
 
i will try make this, but cant be 100% as i have in law family over on the saturday evening, fingers crossed the will be fed up of the dogs snorthing, farting and generally being full blown idiots, enough for them to want to leave early :thumbsup:

Weather conditions are looking awful for Sunday. I personally don't fancy a 2 hour drive through snow and fog :(

Sorry Mark but not looking good for Sunday so me and pooley giving it miss.
Was really looking forward to meeting up with you guys and having a run later round the Peaks but erring on the side of caution.
Hope this doesn't cause too much inconvenience catering etc but really is looking increasingly dodgy.
Hopefully meet up at future events if thats OK

It’s an 80 mile trip for me and I’ve already got snow lying on the ground here

Snow is forecast for Saturday and the latest forecast is for a major snow dump on Sunday of upto 8 inches here

I think it’s only fair to give you as much notice as possible .. but I really don’t I’m going to be able to get there

I’d like to say thanks for organising the meet but I think the weather has beaten us this time
