Hi all,

I'm pretty chuffed as I'm realising another dream tomorrow, collecting a mint condition BMW S1000rr in Motorsport livery. Boy is it good. It feels like it's sublimely / magnetically linked to the road somehow. (oh, and it's quite quick) :D

For those who don't ride, this will give you an idea. This is a standard bike versus a Veyron :)

A serious toy, if I was to get one, it would come wrapped in divorce papers :lol:
 
Nice bike in the best colour scheme.
Worst part of them is the squinty lights. Are you going to get lens covers for them as they do covers that make the lights look the same shape.

Hi Rob, 20 years plus on cbr600s and Fireblades. I'm a level headed 40 something. :)

Mrs Five has already started referring to it as 'Mr Wonky Eye' :|

It does make them different and recognisable from anything else on the road.
 
My tyre guy had one on release and it's the one sportsbike I'm tempted to ditch my GSX-R750 (K7) for. It's the only thou that appeals...

I was quite cold about them until i test rode a few. I really then dismissed Ducati etc.
