hi all,
posted a few times already and finally put a deposit down last weekend for a zed. Therefore, its time to introduce myself. Picking up the zed tomorrow and can't tell you how excited i am. iPhone pictures below, but will get some better pictures once i have the keys.
In terms of spec. its 2.0i sport, montego blue, 57 plate, only 4,000 miles on the clock. Extras it has wind deflector, bluetooth, comfort pack, heated seats and few others i can't quite remember at the moment. I've been driving round in a 1.7cdi astra for the last 4 years and this is a present to myself for my promotion at work!! Work company car policy and stupidly high insurance (london postcode and 27 years old) restricted me to the 2.0i, but coming from the astra is going to be sooo noticable in terms of performance.
Bought at a main dealer, so probably paid a little too much for it, but got a great price for the astra and knowing very little about cars, i don't have the nerve to buy privately. BMW warranty helps for the peace of mind. I'll be using as a daily commuter around suburbs of london and countryside driving at weekends and did i say... can't wait to get my hands on it!!
anyways... hello to you all and see you out on the roads
