The most expensive z4 coupe ever??

Well as you might guess from my signature I like Montego Blue E86s, but not with cream leather, wood dash and auto - no wonder it has done so few miles! Who would want to go further than they had to in that!

There must be someone out there for it (sadly?), but personally if I had that budget I'd be looking for a manual E86M!

Whats with all the interior bashing, its like looking in the mirror for me and beats that plastic carbon look... :poke: :poke:
:D

They are all bloody jealous of our creamy wooden cockpits, I caught a few of them looking dreamily at my interior at Zfest

this has got to be one of the last z4's like this surely.... what a think and we moan but honestly in todays money this doesnt even buy a top spec renault clio.... utter bargain if you ask me!!

I suppose that puts it into perspective, and trim can be changed, wrapped or whatever - but it's still an auto, so no good to me.

Some time ago I saw an advert for an Imola Red Z4MC that was about ÂŁ50K (possibly the one someone mentioned), but with minimal mileage and I thought then that seeing as you haven't been able to buy a new one for years, maybe the price wasn't too silly. They must have cost well over ÂŁ40K when new anyway!

Am i missing something here... If its that low mileage what has it been doing? Sitting in a garage/ doing 1001 trips to the local shop? I have always been told to be careful of low mileage as they run way less smooth and have issue due to being stagnant. Good ones have frequent servicing + realistic mileage..... or is it not the case with the z?

Just for perspective, that price would be considered very cheap in Belgium. A 120.000 km one from BMW is up for 18750 euro http://m.autoscout24.be/offre/bmw-z4-coupé-30si-24v-cuir-navi-pro-pdc-ja-18-essence-argent-294149831

Wow! Insane.

Would it be viable to buy from uk and convert? or too much money to convert them?

That is a bit on the higher end to be fair. Not sure about automatic though takes the joy out......manual for me all day long for these cars.

phils Auto suprised me when i followed him to Zedfest.... caught me out numerous times they really move nicely from a stand still, and the changes seemed pretty seamless, id have no issues running an auto z4, especially with the paddles some have fitted which really look nice on the MFSW.

id love this car. imo a bargain for 16k..... REALLY... what does 16k get you today??

I do like the wood effect round the centre console but the trim on the dash is horrid it's like they made that bit as cheap as poss . .
I will be changing at some stage but can't decide on the colour .
