It is in fact a violation of the rules and a PM has been sent asking for it to either be replaced or it will be removed and not included in this month's contest.

Likewise you have to take the pic yourself? There's one in there where either the owner trusted his zed to a test pilot or was bloody lucky with the remote shutter release on the camera

Marius has indicated to me that in fact he took the picture while a friend was driving his car.
