Not to hijack the thread, but:
I custom ordered my MC-S 3 months ago and it is actually @ the dealership now, ready for pick up! I ordered it from an out-of-state dealership and am flying into the midwest in 2 weeks to pick it up, drive it back through the Rocky Mountains, visiting family along the way. I cant wait to put it through some mountain twisties in the Rockies!!! I plan to start modding it immediately!

Didn't get any serious offer for the hardtop. Plus BMWNA raised the hardtop's MSRP from $2800 to $3800 now due to the Euros, so figured I might as well keep it. The hardtop's been off since June and will be back on the car this week. I'm glad I kept it too; I actually miss the look of my M with the hardtop on sometimes.

She just might try to strike a cash deal with you to have you convince me to sell the car altogether.
She's really just not into sports cars with stiff suspensions & loud exhausts. She'd much rather that I drive a Honda or Toyota than a BMW. She's not crazy about riding along in my Z4M. Hence why I'm doing my best to compromise and to make it as comfortable as possible for her.On the other hand, she totally redeems herself by not being crazy about purses/bags either. :lol: I've bought her only 2 Coach bags during the 5 years we've been together.
