The great floods of 2016

I live in Bristol lots of flooding around here! Anyone else been effected? Here's the roundabout by my house was luck to get the Z through before it got deeper!

I drove across exmoor today, bow waves were washing right over my roof in places as nutters in vans/4x4's were driving at stupid speeds across deep floodwater :x

Amazing isn't it, last weekend we cancelled a kayaking trip to Wales because there was not enough water in the rivers! Mother natures made up for it now though!

Should be plenty of water now lol wish I still had a kayak would of only had to walk up the road!

Been some minor flooding around Plymouth, nothing exciting. Best thing was Sunday with the Snow melting on Dartmoor from Friday Saturday and a beautiful day. Mrs G and I went in search of a few water falls we had not walked to before.



Hardly a flood, but the Devonport Leat had burst it's banks trying to sqeeze through this culvert. This is normally 6 inches deep and full of happy little trout.
