I did find that pic but didn't think it was an official BMW commissioned design.

Reading my book the other night (prompted by your thread) it states that the official designation of the Z12 was to be for a V12 engined version of the Z8. It did not say if this was ever taken forward, but that would be my dream car in the sense of it being something that was actually made, looks fantastic, but with even more engine

All the other number I quoted I think I have images for in the book and are genuine BMW concepts

totally agree, they have the visual appreal of fire damaged lego. awful things that we can only thank bmw for not producing ! shame the same cant be said for the 5gt or x1 though..

OMG that z1 coupe is totally hideous!!!! Bléééé!!! Its like some sporty gay version of the popemobile Im glad they BMW does not make any of these because then all my Audi driving frinds would really let me have it 8) Except for the M0 of course :evil:
