Getting the wheels, 8 hour drive :)

hehe.. Sorry :P

I found the car online and with my dad I travelled from Oslo to Bergen by plane, which only takes about 45 minuts. Met up with the gut and bout my dad and I fell in love with it. The sellers wife was trilled but the seller seemed to be sad to se his baby go. From Bergen we drove towards Oslo, we drove an incredible road with loads of bends and small roads. I regret I did not take any more pictures of the drive home though :(
My dad took the first leg of about 2 hours and I drove the remaning 6 :D Was incredible fun, people seemed quite eager to pass a sportscar with a student driver behind the wheel, mostly middleaged guys in minivans and beat up golfs :P
Only thing I found a bite scary was driving on the bad norwegian roads that are worn down with tire marks, which made it wuite hard to steer with 18" BBS's other then that a fantastic first experience of the mighty Z4 2,5i :D

About a week after my dad, a german friend of mine that was visiting and I took my dads audi allroad, rented a hanger and drove towards Bergen. The picture is taken on my cabin near Geilo (I know no one knows any of these places, so Geilo is a typical mountain resort with cabins spreed around :) ) This was my first time driving a hanger, but it went wuite well, drove all the way to Bergen and back. We got the winter tires and the runflats, that the previous owner had switched out because he thought the rubber was to hard and that it spoiled the performance and wasent any good in the rain. I haven't tried them yet so can not comment on that :P

Hope it wasen't to boring or that I was that hard to understand

Very nice

I wish we had access to the AllRoads in a current model. Audi decided we needed something closer to a Hummer here in the States and halted importing the AllRoad in favor of the Q7 a few years ago. I would have grabbed one in a heartbeat as a second car for our household but I refused to consider the gas hog behemoth with a V8 they decided we needed.

hehe.. the allroad is an awesome car, much better than the A6 (we used to have it), can't have have the V8 in norway though way too expensive.. our 2,7 diesel cost around $ 180 000  Norwegian goverment hates cars :P
