The famous stubby

What stubby should I choose? The original BMW (price about 20 €) or something else?
I have read about many who choose one from Peugeot. Why? French parts of my German car ......? :tumbleweed: :slaphead: Blasphemy!

Can anyone throw a direct link to a stubby on the German ebay.de that will not impair my radio or navigation.

Modifications are in progress already - have not yet driven the car. :headbang:

I went with OEM BMW - even though it was about 3 times the cost of Citroen / Pug.

Works perfectly, fits perfectly.

I can see absolutely no reason to pay more than double on the BMW one. It's not like our cars have DAB etc to complicate matters.

The mangowalk as the original forum stubby and is what i woul recommend.

Tried it recently, could not notice a real difference with the Peugeot one as far as radio station quality. Will do some further testing... :driving:
 
i have the peugeot/citroen one. they're both the same.

not a chance i'd pay for a genuine bmw one, which is longer.

mine cost £6 and have no issues with reception.

Where to get one? What can I search for? A specific Pug model?

Mine's still in the boot; I'm going to do some back-to-back tests, as my route to work is a bit 'out in the boondocks' so it could just be that.
