The Exclusive Roadster Club 2012 Project

This thread has gotten lost in the rain - need to get posting again guys

Went out for an 80 mile drive round Kent this morning, 20 degrees at 6.30am, 25 by the time I got back, not a cloud in the sky. Lovely :driving:

Also, about 40 miles from Silverstone to Beaconsfield on Sunday.

OK. All roofless.....Did about 30 local miles on Sunday, about 120 miles in total on Monday (including an invigorating blast over the Beacons), 20 local miles yesterday and another 50 this morning on various errands... starting to think that the soft top was the right decision after all

WHAT RAIN...

Since Sunday not seen a single Z4 Coupe, strange but true...

Exclusive Roadster Club ...... shouldn't we be noting when we have to have the roof UP? I don't get in the car without the roof being down - that's any time of year and any time of day. Only heavy rain stops me having the roof down and then I'll take my other car. One of the best drives I remember is with the roof down and large snowflakes gliding round the cockpit - great experience. With the heater on and a good hat and scarf (gloves not needed with skillful direction of the hot air vents) all year open top for me - wonderful - isn't that the whole point of a roadster!?

Point of roadster comments - agree, totally 1 million percent

Point of this thread - to demonstrate / log our top down miles, proving your points and the viability/desirability of the roadster combined with a good :poke: at the coupe wussies

Logging miles with the roof up - would result in 'should've bought a coupe' from the coupe'd up brigade every second post... And that happens enough elsewhere :D

70ish pointless miles this afternoon :)

Awesome weather

No probs - get signed up to the Club itself - link in Adamski's sig

400 roof down miles clocked mainly up and down the A470 Cardiff to Llandudno.

A/C has packed up. Would have been upset ........ if I owned a Coupe.
