The Dreaded Radiator Fan Issue SOLVED

So project number 3 has arrived and it’s........ well let’s just say that there was probably one point in its life where it was really nice.....

Anyway after resolving a few issues I am stuck with the fan not working.

AC on and no fan

Engine coolant temp over 95 degrees and no fan

So come to the conclusion after a lot of people say it’s the green signal wire that rots, BUT is it the green cable on the fan that usually turns to dust or the green cable that runs too the fan connector?

So yet again the green wire strikes, mine wasn’t dust inside though there was just nothing.
