ok so had my car a few days & the seller gave me a small tag with numbers on " thats the code for the bluetooth " he said
like ferk it was :x spent 40 mins tonight before i sacked it . more likely its the code tag from a JVC in-dash cd unit from argos !
anyhow another 15 mins & i'm connected .
the number he gave was nowhere near , i eventually found it by sifting carefully through all literature in the leather case & there it was .
a specific bluetooth phone prep manual in 8 languages with my code on .
so for all new owners a lesson , , , look through all books etc before paying for your code :)

For the record, if your papers aren't in order and your hate paying stealers, the bluetooth code is printed on the TCU label. The TCU needs to be unscrewed from it's mounting to see the label, the whole process will take 30-60 min. The TCU is mounted behind the carpet on the forward boot bulkhead. You'll probably break a couple of the plastic carpet rivets, but you don't really need all of them anyway. The label lists the Pass Key code like this: PK: 1234 if the code is 1234
