The diffuser better pic page 9.

I like the diffuser in isolation, looks mean. The skirts make it look a rather odd add-on though. I'm sure you'll be correcting that at some point.

I'm not a fan, and just realised that it is because the rear bumper is now lower than the rest of the car. I do like the red roof though it must be time for a new one by now.

here i have one for the prefacelift, car is nog mine. it's from a german bloke named marko :

Fixed that by taking the 150x100 bit out

How was the journey on the way home with the coil overs, was it an instant improvement over the springs? Could you feel that she wasn't so crashy?

It's not blended, but it doesn't look like an extra folding ridge as the pre fl already a bodyline there.

Compare:

Rieger pre-fl diffuser

z4 aero diffuser (my car some years ago...old phone pic...but about the same size)
diffuser.jpg

The rieger diffuser has certainly more 'curb credit' as it is very visible but also looks like a big protrusion (maybe that is what beedub is saying).

I think the mesh is a bit big, big mesh grilles in bumpers/diffusers tend to get that barry 'DTM' look...

I can see properly now, the original pic was tiny so couldn't 100% see

Certainly different, but as others have noted it needs lower skirts to match.

Leave the boot spoiler out though, the z roadies ducktail is super tidy - unless you get a MM extended ducktail...

Rear bumper with diffuser looks good, the only thing which stood out to me was the lines don't match the side skirts now, they look a bit dwarfed by the chunky rear.

jonny i have a pretty perfect set of oem sills.... in TI silver, removed from my car at around 8k miles...

you can have them for 85 quid :-)
