One of my friends had all top teeth kicked out playing football , I'd always wondered why his teeth looked perfect until I met him in the bar one night and he couldn't talk properly , it was a very sticky toffee sweet that was the culprit , 6 front upper removed in one chomp . I couldn't help but say he looked like a second rate James Bond villain with his spikes sticking out .

Luckily the other way around for me the spikes came out with the teeth all my top fronts are implants that were done years ago and I knew one day they would fall out Problem is these days they aren't cheap to replace.
