A place for burger lovers to come together and express there passion for the meaty delight that is, the burger!

I will start things of after a visit to one of my fave joints, Solita in Manchester. This place uses quality ingredients in big portions (if needed).

Ladies and gentlemen.... The Mega Manc (they also do a big Manc which is just 2 6oz burgers.)

I,m looking at the burger & wondering what kind of mouth can accommodate such a creation :?
Is it a knife & fork job ? :roll:
 
Gotta be a strategy to that Andy...

I bet it wouldnt be easy to get through that,you could have the chips though ;)
 
Did the strata burger challenge in Glasgow this year for comic relief. Makes that other burger look like a starter!!!null_zps186ec36b.jpg
 
Funnily enough I've been to the first Five Guys in the UK this evening on Long Acre. Burger was nice, price for a takeway was very steep and the wait was too long for fast food. Having said all of that, I bet they will be all over London and the major cities within 5 years. I'll try Shakeshack next, who've also just crossed the pond.

@sae - every last bite was heavenly/misery

Each sickly sweet mouthful was just too much. I couldn't have manage desert even if I'd finished my chips.

Didn't eat the next day :lol:

Good effort... I love pulled pork, burgers, steak, but middle age has taught me that I can only handle about 8-10oz of meat before my stomach wants to empty itself... :P
 
I need one of those in my life RIGHT NOW :D
I'll be heading the Manchester one very soon
