Looks a cracking route Jack
Can we have the same weather as applecross please :D

Its always sunny up here mate, we just don't tell the English. :poke:

Looking forward to this run, an empty boot, a full tank, and a days driving. Especially looking forward to the bit that goes past Old Liz's house in the country, great bit of :driving: :driving: road.

39 sleeps to go - forgot me and Wee Bing will be starting the day before to get to the start in Perth :D

As for the weather - pffft, as Carol would say. It pi$$ed down the whole time we were on the Sussex meet bar lunch, when we were indoors eating. Roof down until such time as the rain was so bad I couldn't see out my sunglasses 8)

Even had shorts on :D

Good man

Just posting to let you all know that if the weather forecast for the weekend of the run is GOOD then I hope no-one will mind if we leave you guys when we get near Glencoe on the return leg, we want to stay the night up there, As said though, Completely weather dependant, I am still holding onto a glimmering candle of hope that we will see some sunshine this year

I shan't be offended - seems a sensible idea, and is quite a way round the route anyway IIRC. Just means solitary hooning home with WB unless anyone else is going the same direction. Still got to work that route out from Killin...

31 sleeps to go till me and Wee Bing head up

Well I can confirm that I won't be making it to this run. I'm absolutely gutted as I was really looking forward to doing this route. Sadly I have had to request other weekends off work round about this one so always knew the chances of me making it were slim.

Oh no, not a coupe :poke:

You'll like this one Tom

The route is similar to that road we did on the national meet before the cafe stop :driving:

NB no emergency stops from 100 (kph) required to avoid nasty sheep on this route :)

No probs with that Nosa - it's fairly close to the intended end point at Killin - depends on time whether we stop there or slightly before.

I've not quite decided on a lunch stop - open to ideas - Lecht ski centre might be too early if breakfast is at Glenshee Ski Centre - could have called this run "Ski Sunday" - except it's on a Saturday !

Look forward to seeing you tomscott - I'll pm route later.

Really sorry JP can't make it - next time. We've not decided where but we will stop over in Perth on the Friday night. :driving:

Similar for me, may join/leave part way through depending on other plans but this is the main point of the weekend for me!

That's a shame Jamie, will be good to meet a few new folk though :).

Going twice ...

Im very picky on who gets to sit in my spare seat, best thing about having a two seater.

But Rubes would certainly be welcome :D
