We came in my mates Z4MR. We were parked just infront of you near the handling circuit. Recognised your car with the tinted headlights, which look much better in the flesh I have to say.

We took the Z4 round the handling circuit, and we both got circa 28 secs which was pretty terrible I know :oops: Got a video on my phone of him going round so ill try and figure out how to upload it.

I have to say I was a little disappointed with the length of the queue for the drag strip so we didnt think it was worth the £25 each they were charging.

Thought there would have been a few more Zeds about though.

Yep - saw the audi/bimmer. Pure class. Why do that - I couldn't understand the point?
Owner was near it so decided no photo from me.

Think the dragstrip got blocked by late start due to rain and drying the track, someone driving after a crash and the need to run the show cars like the jet. Probably left the ordinary driver left waiting for ever.

Reckon there were about 10 Zeds in total, but since we had no stand (which we cuold only have if 10 confirmed and a couple of weeks in advance) then we were all over and never met up.

Next year if people want to sign up then I reckon we could make more of it, although the entire ambiance did leave something to be desired.
 
SK93, thats not my bike, its one of my mates. The picture was taken on a "boys and their toys" day trip to the coast. Just thought it was a good picture. He drives a Z4M also so still v similar taste to you :D

Just hit the stands and looked at all the cars - although saw lots of Z3's there was not a single Z4 on show.....ended up showing in the Show and Shine section - got the Z cleaned pretty quick with rapid detailer and it looked like new! Didn't hang around for the final judges as there is no way they would award anything to a new car.

I just thought everyone there was as rough as nails, and lots of wide boyz spending money doing their cars up and forgetting the visual appeal of the orginal car. I love doing subltle mods - but nothing like changing panels, engine parts etc......

In my eyes, original is better.....I would however like the angel/halo lights but guys on the stands said it can't be done on the new model - although guys in the US have made the changes....
