OK - Watford Gap seems like a good idea. Easier than one of the many places on the A14 and actually the suggested Google route.
Does 9.00 meet for 9.15 prompt departure in Southbound car park work?

Yep works for me. The only caveat if is the forecast is crap for Sunday but I'll let you know in plenty of time on Saturday. I'll have my mate Stuart with me as well.
 
OK change of plan! Me and my +1 are camping now instead. This means we'll be driving up Saturday of course. We will obviously still meet with everyone on the Sunday and anyone is more than welcome to pitch up with us if they're thinking of camping too?
 
Not for me camping this time.
Also loks like 60% chance of rain Sunday. Still forecasts are rarely right and if I assume some rain it can only be better :)
 
Due to other commitments I cannot consider camping but will come along Sunday as planned :).

What time would be wise to arrive? I haven't been to Santa pod before and no idea how busy this will be :) I will drop a few pm's to gather some numbers to figure out how to find you guys when I arrive :)

I'm meeting up anyone who is coming South at 9.00 at Watford Gap.
Think Chris is coming from the South so he may be up to meet from that direction.

If you fancy a closer meet suggest somewhere else I'm headed for the main gate with a target time of 10.00.

Weather not looking too bad for tomorrow. Rain mainly tonight dropping to drizzle and 30% by 9.00 am and just cloudy by noon onwards.

Hope I get all my domestic duties done today :thumbsdown:
 
Looking OK weather-wise! I just spammed everyone with my number (PM'd) so if you want to park up together in the morning give me a ring or txt whatever :thumbsup:

Guys how many going from here and how many Z's? Where is Santa Pod by the way?

I would say about 6 to 8 from here are going tomorrow. Some of us are meeting up at Watford Gap services at 9.00 am. Others are coming up from the South. Adam D, Chris iirc.

I'll PM you some numbers of this attending.
 
Not sure I can be bothered to clean mine it's bound to be dirty by the time I've got there :)
 
Mine is all cleaned white and ready to go.......guys will see you at Watford gap....at 9am.

Really looking forward to it, first run out with the new car.....been to RRS meets before, but this is much more exciting!!!

I've had to change plans to help out a friend in need.

Just polished off our barbecue lamb kebabs and aberdeen Angus burgers. One bottle of Chilean merlot and the same off Rioja. Oh yeah there are also supposed to be some nice cars around so I've been told :)

Had an epic hoon here once we got off the M1 too. See you all tomorrow chaps!
 
Sorry guys i cant make this now; was quite looking forward to taking it down on the strip too (even with only 3mm rear tread)

Sounds good - try to find us at 10.00 when we all arrive assuming you don't find any more wine :)

If there's an obvious place to get us to pull into or stop before going in test of email me.
