The best looking roadster

Jeez, what a fiasco! I simply couldn't live with something so poorly executed having spent shed loads. What a shame given the calibre of the rest of the car.

That Porsche soft top is ridiculous. Is that supposed to be progress? I can't think of one good reason why they would imagine that is a good idea. The roof reminds me of pitching a tent......a right pain in the arse

looks a bit like a tent when its up too, with those odd roof links stretching to the rear boot

I would have to say the 3.2S 987 Boxster but I would wouldn't I..............................

come on, get with the program - a pic of that beaut with the roof down please

Boxster looks improve all the time - Jax's Boxster with it's multiple front lights and hints of 918 looks particularly good.

  ........Its dark out side and the roof is not as quick as the Z's

Not quite a roadster but I've always had a thing for a peugeot 504 convertable in the bronze brown colour , I started looking for one for all of ten seconds until I realised how much they are worth !
Mid sixties c2 corvette gets my vote , although I definitely can't afford one of those either !

ne of these live ner me- always think' what's the point' Hasn't even got proper inner handles. There is no way any of us normal drivers could utilise or feel the small performance increase due to weight saving!

i got bored watching it, picture the scene, you're driving along and the heavens open, by the time you have got the roof back up you'd be like a drowned rat

yep, my thoughts exactly

you just need to drive fast enough to create your own draft bubble :)

The last time I thought of trading in the zcoupe for a roadster... that ferrari thing

great in theory, when i travelled back from Portsmouth it was pouring down. All was going great untill i hit roadworks and then the speed dropped to 50mph. At that speed you get wet and in roadworks you can't stop to put your roof up

at high speed when its really pouring down the water rolls over the windows and runs down very close to the door switches and speakers

Definitely not, always been a fan of the 4, 5 and 6. Come to that the 2 and 3 still have a certain charm about them.

I notice no mention of the 7 there :D - my first car. It all went a bit wrong didn't it.

Boxster Spider for me by a long way. May go GTS though with the electric roof and an extra half a second 0 - 62.

H.

Oh dear, I fell in love with the look of the Boxter Spyder at the Goodwood FOS this year, however at the time the roof was off & I didn't realise (a) it looks like a tent with it on & (b) what a complete faff it is to remove & presumably put back as I too got bored watching the video.
