Yes. I think the 320d badge may be wishful thinking too. 320 oil burners had twin exhausts, 318 and 316s had singles IIRC

I’m pretty sure the 320 only got the twin exhaust with the facelift model, my son has a 320 touring with the single pipe, even so I still think the sticker is being a little optimistic

Not a 'proper' M. M sport trim yes.
The nearest you can get to M performance and spec with an oil burner is Alpina.
