Hexagon is at it again with a £30k ///M Coupe, clearly a fantastic low miles example but really? :o

Hexagon pricing...

They must sell cars or they wouldn't still be in business, but it must be to people with more money than sense - but I suppose given that they're in the Highgate/Hampstead area there's a few of those around them

Have you tried speaking to them about a car?
When I was looking for one back in 2009 I rang with an offer. Admittedly it was a cheeky offer but I gave them evidence of the pricing of similar cars at dealers and the sale person just laughed and stated "you expect us to sell an x amount car for this?". When I stated x amount was their pricing, not what it's worth, the laughing continued. I promptly hung up after a quick apology for seemingly wasting their time :P .
Obviously some people do pay their prices in that area of London.

In the case of the car they currently have, it is a very low miler now. These days the price difference between good and bad (low and high miles too) probalby varies a lot more. However, if the car has lived a London traffic life, 11 k miles is not that impressive......but it looks in pretty good condition :)

Clearly you missed the 57 plate 1800 mile red one they sold for £40k in May last year!?. It was sold to them by my local sports car shop at trade for £30k.

Beggars belief but someone is buying them at that price. :dizzy:

Beedub will be delighted, his has only done 12,000 miles, mostly on a track.

That is a ridiculous price though...

Think they've had it around 6 months so far. I think someone will pay somewhere near the asking price but it'll take a while :tumbleweed:

Sign of a dealer who is raking it in if they can afford to have a car sitting on their books for 6 months, even at that price. I just hope it's not been sitting outside for 6 months

It's a bonafide future classic. Collectors seem to want these ultra low milers for long term speculation. Can't be many with mileage that low

Nothing like trying to create a market where none exists yet... They've been doing it for years. It'll happen. Eventually.

There are folks out there with silly money! If it was perfect then maybe yes ( if I had an endless supply of cash!). Regarding London, nothing to do with it. They have buyers from Russia, Singapore etc.....who have a super rich market. Also no way of telling its had a London traffic life.....

Btw, sometimes their YouTube videos show off the cars nicely....

It's all good news as far as I can tell. Assuming the cars are finding buyers (which they must be for the business to stay afloat, or else it's a money laundering scam!!) then if they are listing pristine examples of our cars at these figures and getting them then it implies there are serious collectors out there who see these as worth adding to a collection. That therefore means that there are people who believe there is sufficient upside in them. That's got to be good for our cars.

Absolutely. Don't see why people (or more specifically owners) are so resistant to some specialists 'testing' the market.

Very true, can't blame them for trying. A lot of dealers want a quick turnaround but if willing to wait for the right buyer.......

Slightly off topic but the price of 1M's springs into my mind. These are still around 40k even with some 25k miles on the clock I think. A little newer than ours, and the 1M market seems to support the price. Must admit I never thought that would be the case - was expecting them to drop fairly sharp-ish to around the 25k mark as the Z4 M's seemed to (remember nearly picking up a 150 miler in 2009 for 25k - less than one year old).
