Did it last year but it was a severe effort Craig. Far too busy to manage it this year so another brave forumite has stepped into the design, production and supply breach.

... and you did a sterling job... I think it should work out easier running it via the shop though this time, easier for taking payment and keeping track of orders. I know what you mean about being busy, especially at this time of year. I am just thankful there are guys like you and Ste who step up to help get these things produced

The shop idea sounds much more civilised! This year is insane at work and with the newborn it's doubly mental. Would love to do another though maybe next year

come mid jan nobody will want a calender so there is no pint in over ordering

Taz is spot on, the list was to gauge numbers for the order. Considering how Inkey$ got messed around by several folks not paying last year I thought it best to simplify the process. There are some spares but not too many.

Yeah,its always good to gauge interest,but in my experience it may be a good idea to get payments in advance from those on the list/via the shop......given u always get ALOT of ppl saying they want one and then not following thru with it.
