Just about to go out in the zed when I notice this

Neighbour had been painting his fence earlier and it backs onto the driveway. Went up to his door and knocked:

"have you been painting your fence?"

"yes, why?"

"cause you've painted my car as well"

He was pretty apologetic and came round with his pressure washer which thankfully made short work of the "overspray" on the body, glass and (thank god) the soft top.

Still raging, but thankfully no long term damage.

Was he using a sprayer to paint the fence had the same prob a few year back with a sprayer i ended up painting the neighbours conservatory as well as the fence

At least he did the descent thing and cleaned it up

Edit i did think when i first saw the pic that it was some blunt force blood spatter

He offered to clean it by hand but I told him I'd rather do it which is when he offered up his power washer.

he should ask you next time to move your car before he sprays his fences! glad it is sorted now :)
I bet he didn't know but will ask next time. Same as me, sprayed the fence green but also the neighbours new white garden furniture the other side of the fence! Luckily it washed out but I'll know next time. :D

As Adamski - lucky escape! Glad your car came clean. Not surprised you were seething though.

Not the first and won't be the last - I bet those fence sprayers have caused some serious rifts!

In all fairness my car is usually parked further up the drive where he can see it so he assumed I was out.

Mind you, the reason it's normally parked further up is because there's usually two cars!

I quite like it, Nice effect, you should have thanked him and left it on.

:tumbleweed:

Phew indeed JP ! it would however make a unique paint job - the dalmation or more accurately "the measles" look - glad it's sorted.
