Thank you and farewell

From late 2010 to mid 2014 I was the joyful owner of a Z4M Coupe VIN# LK43859.
Starting with my wife's pregnancy and following our first child's birth, it became obvious that a 2-seat car cannot be part of my future. Heavyhearted, I postponed the unavoidable until early March 2015, when I finally bit the bullet and put the Z4M out on sale.

Today I handed it to its next owner, a 29-year old Spaniard who I am positive that will harvest the young spirit of the E86 M Coupe much better than the 41-old me. After 4 years in Italy and other 4+ years in Romania, I wish you good luck and long life in the sunny Spain, my dear LK43859.

I would like to thank you all, members of z4-forum.com, for the wealth of valuable information available on this message board.
Although I tried my best to contribute, I know that I got very much, and gave very little back.

Farewell.

A sad day....but you'll always have the ///Memories and now a new baby to cherish too

Always sad to let a cherished car go, but at 41 (still a young man!) you have entered a new stage of life with a young family, which is the best thing that any of us can experience. The years will pass quickly and I am sure you will soon reach a point where you find yourself looking at a beautiful E89 (35is) which is now a 10 or 12 year old absolute bargain that you simply can't resist. The circle of life often brings what we desire again and is all the sweeter for it.
