Texaco oil for Z

Hi all,

Looking to get some oil for the car as it needs a top up. Is this oil ok to use? Used castrols 0w-30 previously.

It doesn't have BMW LL01 or LL04 approval - but it will probably work fine - but the question is why would you bother unless it's VERY cheap?

You can get 4L of the proper Castrol Edge for £28, or 5L of Fuchs XTR for £18.

I know Costco does it for that price almost all the time - but you'd need a Costco and a membership to take advantage of it.

Otherwise you can get it for £30.39 from EuroCarParts (including free delivery) if you use the code PARTS20.
 
Thanks for the Eurocarparts heads up :thumbsup: ..... If you use the code MAYOL25 it's even cheaper at £28.49 :)
