Any one interested in a Z4M Roadster - 2015-01-16162256.jpg

Great car, not cheap but lovely. I have an SLK 350 and can only imagine how much better the 400 engine is.

The GFV is quite low but then again is it guaranteed? With the monthlies being so high, might you not want to lower them and increase the end payment?

Hooooosshh ! £72k into a new Merc :o If that's the car you want i would lease on a 2/3 yr deal or depreciation is gonna tear through your wallet

Whats missing off the list?
Adding up everything there only comes to £53,980
Or are they giving you less than £6000 for your car?

Hi,

Could you supply more details and more pics on the Z4M if you are interested in selling it?

Thanks,
Marco

As Barba Papa said...'All Change" The deal is not £749, its £749 + VAT, so I'm not bothering. It was a moment we all have them...im keeping the Z :driving:

Only a millionaire or madman would buy a brand new Merc for £72k , i know cars drop cash but that would see a eyewatering fall in 18 months :o
Right decision mr M & agree we all have a wobble now & again , ,maybe not that big though  for comparison although obviously no drop top you can drive away a brand new 640d for half the monthly SL payment would have been yet very similar OTR new price

9months upfront and 23 monthly payments.

so it's a 2 year lease, 379.99 * 9 (+vat) deposit, plus 379.99((+vat) for 23 months.

It's lease speak so you can work out the total cost of lease over the period. (seems pricey to me)

9 payments upfront as a deposit is an awful lot of coinage to part with for a car you'll never own and only have for 2 years. I'd want max 3x or no deposit on a 2 year deal.

I think a lot of concern with high initial's is the potential losses should the car be written off or stolen etc. I'm not sure how it exactly works, but i know people tend to try and offset with gap insurance or something. I'm sure someone more knowledageble can assist. Typically the pistonheads lease deals thread is a good place for experienced info.

At £72k there would be a lot of other cars I would be looking at… preowned super car money.

Snap! As long as there are chaps out there willing to get an arse raping on new ones - £72k for a middle of the road Merc :o perfect pickings for us.

I took 5 years back to invoice for about £350 on the Porker, I did the same on the M before it.
