Gary, the residual issue isn't going to ease off. It will be as hard to sell in year 1 as it will be in year 4....

The second hand price of e89s has dropped through the floor lately - the most expensive 3.0 (not is) on Autotrader has 49 miles on the clock, is very nicely specc'd and is only £30,500. Is it just the time of year ?

I saw that... but a) too far away for a test drive and b) while yellow is weird... I have to consider walnut as being just as weird... Anyhow Its a stock interior in walnut... hmm.. .if I was going for any interior, after having mine, its full on pure white extended, that brown colour, or the alcantara and yellow... nothing else will do lol

Just looked again and that grey one isn't very well spec'd at all...
 
Gary...there is a BUT coming......

I just think quirky non mainstream colours are financial suicide, unless you in tend to keep it for 20 years...

It's the equivalent of buying an Audi TT MK 2, 3.2 V6......
 
I really don't get what the problem is or when the law was passed to say that cars are only to be painted in certain colours.

Okay, you KNOW that is never going to happen. I would only buy one that colour to burn it :fuelfire:

On topic - pheonix yellow, merlot red, sepang bronze... Hmmm. All a bit marmite, but they still sell. Atacama yellow is pretty rare, so I reckon you will always find a buyer eventually. Like me :D
