I had a split REAR screen beetle for a very brief period ( at 18 yrs old -yes I got ripped off!- It had a dodgy engine and lots of rust) The only part of the car I miss today is the registration plate "SYL 15" I think it would have been worth more than the £25 I paid for the car!

My first car starred in the original Italien Job - the Alfa Romeo Guilia police car. Bit brick shaped but for £100 in the early 80's off an old geeza down New Covent Garden market, she was mine.

Would I ever want it again... nope, just happy with the memories
