Ok, so I didn't see it when I bought the car, but found it while giving it a clean.
There is a tear in the headlining, maybe 5 inches long, a little 'raggy' on the edges. Its behind the passenger's head, to the left hand side.
Was thinking one of those 'miracle tear repairs' or having something cover it, on both sides to keep the symmetry.
