Yeah, saw that earlier this year on Discovery - a program about America's prisons - where they had started tattooing the whites of their eyes. A real WTF moment.... :thumbsdown:
 
Got to love the Daily Mail;but i consider him more of a :wkr: than a "terrifying criminal"
 
It's bad enough getting an eyelash in your eye let alone a tattooist's needle, yikes :o

World sure is full of odd folks. Def makes me cring on both counts - the eyeball tatoo and any sort of encounter with him.
 
I always thought that people with tattoos are criminals, and now it is proven :D

I already explained soooooo many times - it looks just like my wallet, ok ? Man, one little genuine mistaken identity and that's me condemned for life. It's not like I spent ALL the money :roll:
