Taking E86 interior apart behind seats

My interior has had this crack in the top of the plastic speaker/storage section behind the passenger seat since I bought it. There are probably plastic fillers that could have been used (or just ignore it) but I took the expensive option and bought the whole replacement panel from BMW.

Can anyone help explain the steps to take this section apart so I can replace the panel? It may have been covered before but I could only find guides to the rear hatch side of this divider.

I’ve taken the interior apart on hatchbacks years ago but would appreciate any knowledge shared to hopefully minimise the chance of me breaking something, cheers.

I had to do something similar a while back, it's a bit of a swine...

Good luck with it!

Wow… thanks! Feels like the “ignore” option would have been much easier, but I’ll give it a go when I have plenty of time.
