I looked at this and after a while could not figure out to still get the door handle off.
I ended up successfully changing the door lock actuator without having to remove the key hole lock area or handle. After I felt it was near impossible to get the handle off for whatever reason, I went back inside the door and started trying to mess with the actuator again to see if I could figure it out.
SOLVED.
The trick was to wiggle the key while in the lock from the outside while syncing the actuator inside the door and making sure the key could move to the left (towards the front of the car) white putting in the actuator. Because what I saw was that the sync just wanted to go the unlock position more which when it did sync, it didn't sync correctly. At first it will feel near impossible, but once you sync it incorrectly a few times you'll understand how it goes together inside. When it was in I of course made sure I could lock and unlock the key from the outside and that's it. I used a really bright I put inside the door so I could peak inside one small hole and guide the key lock sync.
The whole process from beginning to end took about 6 hours messing with it all. That's probably not what people want to hear, but it's true. lol. I worked on it the first day for like 3 or 4 hours I think.
