Anyone had any dealings with them as so far they have been my lowest quote at £320 FC as BMW increased my cover from £488 to £630 :o i know i picked up 3 points this year but was not expecting that much. :x

I'm with Swiftcover - moved to them in June 08.

Beat my Admiral quote by £225, and also got £45 extra cashback from Quidco. Not had any other dealings with than setting up policy etc but been relatively happy since. Did hear a few moansa and groans from people re: claims when I'd signed up in June but the positives outweighed the negatives, and as I say, happy to date (touch wood)

Your not wrong much cheaper than BMW cannot believe how much they put mine up :x excess is a little higher but to be honest would not claim for anything below £500.

Thats what concerns me when it comes to payout time god forbid my car got written off will they give real bottom dollar and not take into account very low mileage and condition thats why i liked my insurance with my old car would agree a value so i would have some grounds to argue for a bit more when they offered a low payout
 
Unfortunately you only get to know how good or bad your car insurance company is when you actually have to claim......it's something we have to pay for and hope we never use. :(
