Swapping non-LCD radio for radio with LCD screen

So I am in the process of replacing the navigation with a tablet, and thus, the radio that came with the car doesn't have the LCD screen on it. Looks like this:

Will I be able to simply remove this one and buy an OEM one with the LCD screen to gain back functions that were set up using the navigation screen? Off the top of my head the functions I have lose are being able to see which radio station I'm listening to, setting up car to beep when a certain speed is reached, setting up speed dependent volume, and tuning the audio (bass/treble). Will the Business radio with LCD like this one be able to fix all this?

Can you find the video signal output from the old radio?

I think it would work, but you may have to do some coding.
