Right, car is Coupe 3.0si SE. 2007

I have decided to get a suspension re-fresh/small update.

As i have the SE suspension, i want it a little lower so have ordered m-sport equivalent springs ( Suplex) so it will sit at m-sport level. Eibach etc too low for me.

All good. I just need to clarify on some other bits so i can get it all ordered and fitted.

I am replacing the shocks as well, all round with Bilstein B4 (fine for me and better than tired 63,000 ones!)

Now, i understand i also need; Spring pads ( do i need these front as well??)
Top mounts - fronts i was going to get 2x Meylee HD. Rears, maybe Lemfoder as Meylee can be noisy?
Droplinks- is it worth replacing these or is that overkill??

Lastly, i understand if i want to reduce roll a little, replacing the front and rear ARB bushes with Poly jobs will help with this?? Any one know the correct part numbers as i am not sure which ones for my anti-roll bars?!

As you can tell, i am a little confused with all this and the more searching i do, the worse my head ache!!

Appreciate anyones help with this and look forward to getting it all done!

Cheers. Matt.

Edit to add- Do I also need new covers for the shocks or should new ones come with the new (or use old)!??

If you have an SE then your arb's will he slightly thinner than the sport ones, so your poly bushes will be a different size. Bare this in mind when looking around. I can remember the exact sizes of my Superpro/powerflex are bushes, but I'm sure the info is on here somewhere.

Regarding droplinks, definitely replace these along with the suspension. I bought a cheap set on ebay to replace my standard ones which were tired, and they only lasted a year. I then bought Meyle HD droplinks and they're much better quality.

Thanks, Ben.

I will try and find out the SE arbs' sizes somehow!

Hope others can offer some info as well, regarding things like do I need bump-stops for new shocks (B4) , can the old dust collars be used and will new plates be needed as well as the pads??
